HEALING CIRCLE

I went to Laura's healing session on Monday, and though it is hard to put into words exactly what I experienced, it was so powerful that I feel called to share.
As I sat there my consciousness was first pulled upward into the higher chakras, as if there were an energy current directed towards the top of my head. I was sitting rigidly straight and my mind was in a familiar dream space that I often visit. The energy remained strong, as slowly different muscles seemed to release into relaxation one tiny section at a time. At one point in this phase, I felt like I was surrounded by light like a second skin, and it slowly peeled away as the session continued.Eventually I felt as though my head was being supported and drawn towards the wall behind me, as my back muscles eased further and further until I was reclining almost diagonally on my chair. My conscious mind thought for a fleeting moment that I should be uncomfortable, but I felt completely supported. When Laura placed her hands on my shoulders, I cried some healing tears. When she was not longer physically touching me my body naturally continued to lay back, and I sensed a warm light from my forehead.Suddenly I knew my female ancestors were there with me though I could not see or hear them. They were "telling me" that all the relationship trauma I've been through served a purpose, to awaken me as a healer. I kept being held by supportive energy and was embraced by the knowing that I am here on this earth to heal. I came out of the session smiling, and Laura's reading made my experience more clear and easier to process. When I went to see my man after I felt like some obstacle I wasn't even aware of prior was removed from between us, and enjoyed emotional closeness with ease.
