What Are Eclipses?

Eclipses occur when the Sun, Moon, and Earth align in such a way that the light is temporarily blocked. A Lunar Eclipse(like Sept 7, 2025 in Pisces) happens at a Full Moon, when the Earth’s shadow falls across the Moon. A Solar Eclipse(like Sept 21, 2025 in Virgo) happens at a New Moon, when the Moon passes between the Earth and Sun.

Astrologically, eclipses are karmic accelerators. They bring sudden endings, beginnings, and revelations. While New and Full Moons already mark turning points, eclipses speed up what feels inevitable. Think of them as cosmic course-corrections—shifts that bring you closer to your soul’s intended path.

The September 2025 Eclipse Pairing

• Lunar Eclipse in Pisces (Sept 7): Closure, release, forgiveness, and dissolving illusions.

• Solar Eclipse in Virgo (Sept 21): New beginnings around health, structure, and integrity.

This pairing shows a pattern: first, we let go of the dream (Pisces), then we build new systems with clarity (Virgo).
