Mini Workshop: Virgo New Moon – Rituals for Sacred Simplicity
Create a Life That Honors Your Spirit: A Virgo New Moon Reset
The Virgo New Moon on August 23rd offers a gentle but powerful moment to return to simplicity, intention, and alignment. Virgo reminds us that spirituality lives in the details—in the way we care for our bodies, tend to our spaces, and honor the rhythms of everyday life.
This new moon is not about grandeur. It’s about grounded transformation. Through small sacred actions, we become who we are meant to be.
Suggested Tools:
A white candle
A journal
A small bowl of water with a pinch of sea salt
Rosemary or lavender (dried or fresh)
The Ritual: Clean Slate Ceremony
Light your candle and sit quietly.
Place the bowl of salt water in front of you. Dip your fingers in and gently anoint your hands or forehead.
Whisper: “I cleanse what no longer serves. I welcome sacred order and clarity.”
In your journal, write 3-5 small but meaningful intentions for your daily life. (Examples: Drink more water. Stretch each morning. Set boundaries. Speak kindly to myself.)
Hold your sprig of rosemary or lavender to your heart and repeat:
“I choose devotion to what nourishes me.”
Let your candle burn as you gently clean or rearrange part of your space, anchoring your intentions through physical action.
