Mini Workshop: Sacred Storytelling – Channeling Your Soul’s Voice
Words are spells. And the stories we tell—about ourselves, our past, and our worth—shape our reality more than we realize. This self-guided storytelling ritual invites you to gently explore and rewrite a narrative that no longer fits.
When we revise the stories we’ve outgrown, we create space for new beginnings. This is creative magic in action.
How to Begin
Find a quiet space with a journal or notebook. Light a candle if you like. Breathe in clarity, breathe out judgment.
Part 1: The Story I’ve Outgrown
Begin with the prompt:
“The story I’ve been telling myself is…”
Write without editing. Let it pour out—whether it’s a belief about love, success, your body, your purpose, or something else. Let your truth be heard.
Part 2: The Story I’m Reclaiming
Now turn the page.
“The story I am choosing now is…”
Write from your soul. Speak as if your future self were guiding you. Choose words that feel true, loving, and expansive. Let your pen create a new possibility.
Optional Ritual: Tear out the first version and safely burn or bury it. Whisper: “Thank you for what you taught me. I now release you.”
Place the new version somewhere sacred—on your altar, mirror, or nightstand. Read it each morning for the next 7 days.
