Mini Spiritual Workshop: Expanding Through Truth
Length: 30–45 mins | Focus: Honoring your truth, activating spiritual growth, and opening to divine adventure.
Best done between: June 9–27, 2025 (between Full & New Moon)
Opening Grounding Meditation
Theme: Rooting into your truth before you expand.
Script (or guide yourself with music):
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
Visualize roots growing from your body deep into the Earth.
Say silently or aloud:
“I am safe to explore. I am held by truth. I open to what’s real and right for me.”
Breathe deeply. Let your body soften into presence.
Journaling Prompts
Write freely and truthfully — no edits, no filters.
What truths am I being called to honor right now?
Where am I craving more freedom, and what’s blocking it?
How do I define spiritual growth on my own terms?
What’s one step I can take this month toward that version of growth?
Optional bonus: Write a “Spiritual Growth Manifesto” — a short paragraph about what your personal journey looks like now.
Mini Card Pull or Intuition Exercise
If you have tarot or oracle cards:
Pull one card for “What truth wants to be seen?”
Pull one card for “Where is my next area of growth?”
No cards? No problem. Sit quietly, place your hands over your heart, and ask the same two questions. Journal what comes through — words, images, sensations, or memories.
Expansion Candle Ritual
Supplies: A white or yellow candle, your journal, optional sage/incense.
Light the candle. Say:
“As this flame glows, I open to more truth, trust, and divine adventure.”
Re-read your journal entries or your manifesto.
Hold your hands near the flame (safely) and repeat:
“I trust my path. I expand in alignment. I grow with grace.”
Let the candle burn for a few minutes (or safely as long as you’d like) while visualizing yourself stepping boldly into spiritual alignment.
Optional Closing
Play a chime, ring a bell, or close with hands over heart in silence.
Whisper to yourself:
“Thank you, Spirit. I am ready for what’s next.”
