Learn to Read Your Own Vibe
We talk a lot about “protecting our energy,” but how often do we actually understand it?
Energy isn’t just a feeling — it’s information. The body, the heart, and even the subtle spaces around us are constantly communicating, if we know how to listen.
This self-guided workshop helps you build energetic awareness — the foundation for every spiritual practice, from manifestation to boundaries.
Step 1: Notice Your Baseline
Before you can tell when your energy shifts, you need to know what your “neutral” feels like.
Sit quietly for a few moments.
Scan your body from head to toe.
Notice sensations — warmth, tingling, tightness, calm.
This is your natural frequency. Everything else — stress, joy, fatigue — moves from here.
Step 2: Track Your Energy Changes
Throughout your day, pay attention to what lifts or drains you.
Ask yourself:
Who or what leaves me feeling energized?
What situations make my body feel tense or heavy?
You’re not judging — you’re simply observing the data of your own field.
Step 3: Practice Energy Hygiene
Just like we shower or brush our teeth, energy needs care too.
Try:
Deep exhalations to release stress.
Standing barefoot on the earth for five minutes.
Visualizing a gentle light washing over you after a long day.
Reflection Prompts
What patterns did I notice in my energy today?
How does my body signal that I need rest or grounding?
Takeaway:
Energy literacy gives you agency. When you can read your own vibe, you can shift it — intentionally, gently, and in alignment with your well-being.
